Andy's House at Home

Andy’s House at Home is Hospice Muskoka’s community palliative care program that supports people where they’re most comfortable — at home. Palliative care is covered under OHIP at no cost to patients. Through in-home visits and virtual care, our Nurse Practitioners work alongside individuals and families to create a personalized plan of care and connect them to additional Hospice Muskoka supports.

By working closely with local healthcare providers and supporting caregivers along the way, Andy’s House at Home helps people stay in their preferred setting, reduces the need for hospital visits, and ensures care is seamless, compassionate, and continuous.
